Rex Lamb, CDIA+, President
Over 20 years of experience in the records management industry; including software development, hardware development, scanning services and development of imaging ASP services. Mr. Lamb formerly served as CTO for ImageMax Inc., a publicly-traded document imaging company and President of DocuTech Inc., a Nebraska-based document service bureau.
Mark Creglow, Chief Operating Officer
Over 20 years of experience in the records management industry including software development, implementation and support management. He is also experienced in the area of web and e-commerce development and networking. Mr. Creglow formerly served as President of Phoenix Web Group, a Nebraska-based web development company.
Sean Nathaniel, Chief Technology Officer
Over 10 years of leadership experience in software development and delivery, in manufacturing, telecommunications and online e-commerce industries. Mr. Nathaniel formally served as Director of Technology for a 100 million dollar e-commerce company that provided services to 20,000 corporate and more than two million consumer customers.
Dan Yount, Chief Financial Officer
Over 35 years of business experience. Mr. Yount previously served as President of a software technology firm, COO for a custom manufacturing firm, and CFO for a nuclear power utility. His earlier career included records management and document control for the highly scrutinized nuclear power industry where he was a featured speaker at the national Nuclear Records and Information Management Symposium.
Jon Eilers, Senior Vice President, Sales
Over 15 years experience in the content management industry; including enterprise software sales, SaaS based solutions, business development, and software implementation and training. Mr. Eilers formerly served as Partner and COO at Sharpen BPI, a document and content management solutions provider.
