VRS is an electronic check-point for scanned images. As quickly as images pass through the scanner, VRS performs a multi-point inspection of each document. VRS instantly checks and adjusts for alignment (skew), brightness, contrast, and image clarity. Any inconsistencies are immediately corrected by VRS so that only the straightest, most readable images are accepted by FileBound Scan.
FileBound Scan incorporates auto-indexing functionality.
FileBound Scan utilizes zonal and full text OCR, barcode recognition, and data matching techniques to minimize manual data entry and increase accuracy. This is standard functionality! FileBound Scan was designed to save you seconds and to reduce keystrokes wherever possible.
